BLOG 7: MONARCHY VS. A REPUBLIC
Why did Founding Fathers like Samuel Adams and George Washington feel it was okay to rebel against a government that was a Monarchy but it was not okay to rebel against a government that was a Republic?

They thought that they would lose order and control if they all wanted to be a monarchy. So they thought it okay to rebel against a monarchy. A republic would have laws and order. So with rules and order they thought it would be better for everyone. Also a republic would let the people have a voice and that's just what they wanted.
