Under articles 1, 2, and 3 of the constitution it sets up the different types of government. They are executive, judicial, and legislative. The founding fathers made the three different types of government so that no one can take over the United States and make it a dictatorship. They all have to share the power so that the United States Of America citizens don't have to worry about anything. If they didn't have the three different branches then the United States citizens would be a lot more worried about the government taking over but with three branches they don't have to worry at all. They are safe

Under articles I, II and III of the United States of America constitution sets up the legislature branch, the executive branch, and the Judicial branch.I believe the founding fathers thought it would be important to separate the National Government into # executive branches of government when they were creating the constitution, because the founding fathers wanted more representatives for a more accurate vote and so everything could me more organized.

The U.S. Constitution set up Article | as the Letislative Branch. They set up Article || as the Executive Branch. Article ||| was set up as the Judicial Branch. I think the Fouding Fathers thought it was important to separate the national government into 3 branches when they were creating the Constitution so they could have more than 1 group check it over when they wanted to make a new law. They did this so they could get different sides and opinions on the law they are thinking of adding to the United States Constitution.

The articles set up what each of the 3 branches can and can't do.For example the 1st article makes the legislative branch and controls it,the 2nd one makes the executive branch and limits it,the 3rd one makes the judicial branch. The Founding Fathers made the 3 branch government because they wanted to limit each of the branches so one doesn't have more power then the rest.

1) The U.S. constitution sets up the three branches of government, judicial, legislature, and executive, under Articles I, II, and III.

2) I think the Founding Fathers thought it was important to separate the national government into 3 branches of government when they were creating the Constitution so that they wouldn't give it too much power, and it wouldn't control the people.

The U.S. Constitution outlines the Legislative, the Executive, and the Judicial branches under the Articles I, II, and III.

The reason the founding fathers did three branches instead of one is because they did not want an oligarchy or dictatorship of one branch, therefore they made three separate branches of equal power. Ironically the modern government is somewhat turned into a group of two opposing oligarchy's, the Republicans and the Democrats. This shows any type of government with the exception of the democracy can be turned sour, however the reason we don't use a pure democracy is because it would take too long to vote on anything.

The U.S Constitution sets up the three branches of government in Articles I,II, and III. The founding fathers thought it was important to do this so each branch of government could have specific responsibilities. They were also afraid that if they gave too much power to one person or group it could turn our republic into an oligarchy or dictatorship, with tyrannical rulers like what happened with Britain, so they divided the power between three branches. The legislative branch creates laws, the judicial branch interprets laws, and the executive branch enforces laws. The idea of having courts in the national government was significant because, while America was ruled under Britain, each state had their own government with unfair courts, people were convicted unjustly. All the branches depend on each other to get things done and keep the power in balance. They all rely on each other to make sure that the country runs smoothly.

The U.S. Constitution sets up all of the branches. Article l talks about the Legislative branch, a two house legislature. Article ll talks about the Executive branch, President, and Vice President. Lastly, Article lll talks about the Judicial branch, Courts, terms, or office. The Founding Fathers thought it was important to separate the national government into 3 branches of government so different people can have a different say in things, like the two house legislature, the President, and Vice President, and the Courts, terms or office. Each group of people should have a say in everything. Therefore, they should all be separated into different groups.

Under articles 1, 2, 3 the U.S constitution set up the congress. The first article says that the congress has the power to make laws. It also says that the congress is divided into the senate and the house of representatives. The second article says that the house of representatives are elected every two years. The number of representatives in each state that are elected is based on the population of the state. And the third article says that each state gets 2 representatives. The Founding Fathers thought that it was important to separate the national government into 3 branches so that the power would be spread equally. If one person had all the power, then the government would eventually turn into a monarchy. The Founding Fathers wanted to make sure that the power is spread evenly.

Under Articles I, II and III the Constitution sets up clear definitions of the three branches of government.
The Founding Fathers thought it was inportant to make 3 branches of government so there was equal power. Each group keeps the others balanced there is not a dominant power among them thus no threat of a democracy or monarchy in the U.S.

1. Aritcle I, II, and III sets up the rules, restrictions, and limits of power for the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial Branches.
2. The Founding Fathers thought it was a good idea to separate the National Government into 3 branches because they knew that not one branch could take up that much responsibility. They knew that if there was only one branch that it would be too much and handle and the Constitution may be violated because of that. They also set it up that way because it was the most efficient way to prevent the leaders of the government from being partial to one side.

2. I think the Founding Fathers found it important to separate the national government so no person or group gained or gains too much power. If there is only 1 branch, someone or some group would get all the power which could cause a dictatorship.

Under the three articles, the Constitution sets up the three branches of government: Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. The Legislative section makes laws, the Executive is in charge of the military and big decisions for the country, and the Judicial decides the punishment for certain crimes with the Supreme Court. The reason the Founding Fathers separated the government into three branches is because they were scared of one person having too much power. Therefore, they split the power between the branches.

The U.S. Constitution setup the three branches; the Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches.

The Founding Fathers thought it was important, overall, to separate the national government into 3 branches of government when they were creating the Constitution to control power. They didn't want a king to over rule them so they then divided the power between three branches in the government in order to make the power equal amongst the people. In this way not too much power would be distributed to a single person or a whole state. The Legislative branch is the Congress, it makes the laws for our country. The Executive branch is for enforcing the laws; the President accepts and enforces them. The Judicial branch is made up of the courts; it interprets the laws.

The U.S. constitution setup the 3 branches: Legislative, Executive, and Judicial branches. The Founding Fathers thought it was important to have three branches so that it could be equal among the people and that it doesn't turn into something like a king. So that a single person or state would have too much power.

I think they made 3 branches of government because each branch has to do eith a different situation or law. Article I is the Two-House Legislature, Article II is President and Vice President, and Article III is the Judicial Branch. They all have to do with something different.

The constitution takes the three branches from the Articles. Legislative, executive and judicial. The Founding Fathers probably thought it was best to have three branches because of power. If there is only one branch then that branch could miss use the power. But with three branches there is equal power and no one can take over or miss use power.
